Yes. The network link on dinsdale is maxed out,
since it hosts too many services (and since there was a massive
increase in traffic over the last year). As a consequence,
connections may time out.

We are working on migrating services to a new machine. Unfortunately,
the current hold-up is that OSU/OSL is slow in assigning IP addresses,
which means that we cannot create new VMs as quickly as we wish.
