As I reported before, there have been on and off problems for days.
Messages like (minutes ago) upon trying to login:

"Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to 
maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) mod_python/3.3.1 Python/2.5.2 mod_ssl/2.2.9 
OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at bugs.python.org Port 80"

Now I retry and it works.
