You don't say.. I would be happy to revamp pythonpkgmgr and backgrade to have a tk interface if it is felt that would help. That's not so difficult - certainly not on my side. I don't know which iceberg the people that want to keep command line interfaces forever still live on, but they seem very good at sinking any attempts of passage by forward moving boats.. Distutils roadmap for windows is to apply more freeze spray.. it's a cryogenic source code freezing iceberg... It's just there for windows users to crash their boats into.. Try and see for yourself..
