However, spambots have avoided PyPI so far, and manual spamming only had one incident (of somebody creating dozens of packages on a single day). My understanding is that spambots target systems where a comment form is present even in the unloggedin state. In PyPI, you need to create the account before you can comment. Regards, Martin
