Hi,

for http://bugs.python.org/issue4863

If no one objects, I am going to remove the mwerkscompiler module from
distutils without any deprecation process, as Martin suggested
(since it is linked into ccompiler with "mac" for the os.name)

Now the question is, should I add a ticket to deprecate macpath.py as well ?
