Yeah, you're right. So i wrote a new patch: os_getcwdb.patch

With my patch we get (Python3):
 * os.getcwd() -> unicode
 * os.getcwdb() -> bytes

Previously in Python2 it was:
 * os.getcwd() -> str (bytes)
 * os.getcwdu() -> unicode
