The download page doesn't list any Windows installer for 2.6b3: http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.6/ I suppose this is due to Martin building the installers and him not be available at the moment. Since Python on Windows will likely only get very few beta testers without a Windows installer build, I'd suggest to postpone the RC1 release that's planned for tomorrow to get more feedback for the Windows builds. -- Marc-Andre Lemburg eGenix.com Professional Python Services directly from the Source (#1, Sep 02 2008) >>> Python/Zope Consulting and Support ... http://www.egenix.com/ >>> mxODBC.Zope.Database.Adapter ... http://zope.egenix.com/ >>> mxODBC, mxDateTime, mxTextTools ... http://python.egenix.com/ ________________________________________________________________________ :::: Try mxODBC.Zope.DA for Windows,Linux,Solaris,MacOSX for free ! :::: eGenix.com Software, Skills and Services GmbH Pastor-Loeh-Str.48 D-40764 Langenfeld, Germany.
