I've only used a bit of numpy, but I have to say, the ~*/etc. syntax looks extremely ugly. There doesn't really seem to be a solution to this that isn't ugly in some way, but the op(a, b) version looks best to me (I also think a.op(b) is out of the question). -- Cheers, Leif
