which cc?

It works fine for me, with

cc: Sun C 5.9 SunOS_sparc Patch 124867-01 2007/07/12

(it just complains about not supporting -OPT:Olimit)

Apparently, there were some intermediate releases of SunPRO which had
this problem; in these cases, setting -xc99=%none may help.
