For issue 643841 (providing a ProxyMixin class in a new typetools module), aside from the minor tweak mentioned in the last couple of comments, I'm basically looking for a yea or nay from Barry or Guido. I think it's the best answer we're going to find to the problem of how to write type-agnostic delegation classes in a Python world without classic classes.
