I think there's a desire by some people to get rid of
unnecessary conceptual baggage left over for historical
reasons. Those people are mystified as to why anyone
would *want* a boolean to behave like an int.

Personally I'm +0 on this. I wouldn't object if it
happened, but I'm not pushing for it.
