 From that page:

"Includes Bethon 0.5.3 libraries, and patches to build Python 2.4.2 from 
source."

So it looks like the patches are not being contributed back. OTOH, 
looking at the patches, some of them might not be suitable for 
inclusion, anyway (but some are, of course).
