When I go to this URL, I get redirected to

This doesn't look right - it ought to be a UUID. Anyway, I get a page
that reads

"The download you requested is unavailable. If you continue to see this
message when trying to access this download, go to the "Search for a
Download" area on the Download Center home page."

both with Firefox and MSIE.
