The best you can do is go to your Mailman option's page for python-dev and select "Yes" for "Avoid duplicate copies of messages?". The effect of this is to have Mailman suppress sending you a list copy if your email address is explicitly named in the recipient headers. It's not ideal, but it's all Mailman can do.
