[Python-Dev] PEP 309?

I know it's a busy time, but is there any chance that PEP 309 could get 
squeezed in some time between 2.4a2 and the final release?  It's only a 
tiny "waffer-theen" Python module, and as far as I know the code, docs 
and tests are ready to go.
Or if there's still some work to do, I'm ready to do it.
