You should ask Andy Robinson <andy at reportlab.com>; last I heard they were going to do it April 14-17, with a keynote by Eric Raymond. Unfortunately I have decided to skip it this year -- too much travel in too short a period of time. Too bad really, because I enjoyed it immensely last year. It's a very different conference than PyCon or EuroPython, probably because of the presence of lots of non-Python folks (it's the yearly ACCU conference, and they do C, C++, Java and other OO languages).
