Anthony> Which brings up another related point: Many PEPs contain "open Anthony> issues" and the like, that are never ever backfilled. Largely Anthony> this is a matter of round tuits - the PEP authors are generally Anthony> drawn from a very small group of developers. How can we Anthony> encourage other people to contribute to this? The obvious way Anthony> (to me) is some form of Wiki annotation. I don't think we want Anthony> to make the Wiki the primary copy of the document, but I think Anthony> having the PEPs annotatable would be a win. For topics where a lot of user input is anticipated (or discovered) such as for PEP 318, perhaps the initial round of the PEP should be a (set of) Wiki page(s). As the concepts it contains firm up a more static document can be drawn up from that. Skip
