Attempting a cvs up at the moment is failing with:

cvs server: failed to create lock directory for `/cvsroot/python/python/dist/src' (/cvsroot/python/python/dist/src/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/cvsroot/python/python/dist/src'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

... or is it just me?
