Ah, the joys of a local Net outage.  No Net at home basically means I am 
cut off from the rest of the world.  Comcast gave me the usual "24 to 72 
hours" for when it will be over.

Regardless, I don't know when I will get to check mail again, so 
consider me out of commission for now.  The next Summary will be ready 
to be fact checked when I get Net back.
