Done.  Checked in the obvious fix for dumbdbm.py and added a minimal
libdumbdbm.tex file to the Doc/lib directory (with appropriate stitches to
tie it into the libref manual).  For the spambayes-dev folks, I also checked
in a change to spambayes/dbmstorage.py which makes db.sync == db._commit if
it doesn't already have a sync method.
