What might that translate into in terms of time, for 2.4?  The bugfix
releases on python.org (2.2.3, 2.1.3, 2.01 etc.) seem to be about a year
apart, so I guess the major releases are about the same, with the beta
period being only a month or so?  Plenty of time if so!
