Many of you are aware that using

    http://www.python.org/sf/#####

will take you directly to the SourceForge item of #####, regardless of
whether it's a patch or a bug.  I've updated the underlying CGI script
to also allow

    http://www.python.org/sf?#####

which means that it can be used in a form.  I've added a mini-form to

    http://www.python.org/dev/

that demonstrates.  Hope some of y'all find it useful.
