The docs that are there seem to be a good tutorial, but the structure is significantly different than how the library reference manual is done. For the purposes of inclusion in the libref manual, it might actually be easier to convert http://www.red-dove.com/logging_pydoc.html It appears Vinay has a pretty full suite of class and method docstrings.
