Well, you're the boss, of course, but could you explain, please? 
This fix addresses a problem where the regression tests fails in 
MacPython on Mac OS X: if there are no webbrowsers found then 
"import webbrowser" will crash (because of the unset cmd which 
is then delled), and test___all__ does an import of webbrowser.
