So the APIs and doc can be removed.  Here's the current list, 
found by a lot of grepping in the Python modules:

    htmllib.HTMLParser.do_nextid()
    pty.master_open()
    pty.slave_open()
    pstats.Stats.ignore()
    rfc822.AddrlistClass
    string.zfill()

    Cookie.Cookie() # parameter usage change

There are probably others in the C modules.
