There's actually a bit of a sad story.  I really liked the early web,
and wrote one of the earliest graphical web browsers (before Mozilla;
I was using Python and stdwin).  But I didn't get the importance of
dynamic content, and initially scoffed at the original cgi.py,
concocted by Michael McLay (always a good nose for trends!) and Steven
Majewski (ditto).
