[Python-Dev] 2nd release candidate?

I'd like to issue a 2nd release candidate late tonight, and then
change *nothing* between 2.1c2 and the final release Tuesday.

The only thing I still need to change before making the 2nd release
candidate is to rip out Moshe's EGD patch for the socket module, which
has too many problems IMO.
