Na, I think he did.  I bet he just thought you were being unbearably anal
about a non-problem in practice and wanted to annoy you back <wink>.

Oh yes.  We tried to take a shortcut, and it backfired.  I won't let that
happen again, and you were right to point it out (once <wink>).  BTW, the
notice *is* on the web site now, but depending on which browser you're
using, it may appear in a font so small it can't even been read!  The worst
part of moving to BeOpen.com so far was getting hooked up with professional
web designers who think HTML *should* be used for more than just giant
monolothic plain-text dumps <0.9 wink>; we can't change their elaborate
pages without extreme pain.
