I guess you had not seen Tim's reply. I read his reply as understanding
the problem and saying that things will be done better for future kits.

I glad that you will have unique names for each of the beta releases.
This will allow beta testers to accurately report which beta kit they
see a problem in. That in turn will make fixing bug reports from the
beta simpler for the maintainers.
