[Python-Dev] New PDF documentation & Windows installer

  As many people noticed, there was a problem with the PDF files
generated for the recent Python 2.0b1 release.  I've found & corrected
the problem, and uploaded new packages to the Web site.  Please get
new PDF files from:

	http://www.pythonlabs.com/tech/python2.0/download.html

  The new files show a date of September 7, 2000, rather than
September 5, 2000.
  An updated Windows installer is available which actually installs
the XML package.
  I'm sorry for any inconvenience these problems have caused.
