That's not it -- the last email in the patches archive from SourceForge was
at Thu, 20 Jul 2000 15:40:33 -0700:

and is one of the new-style, more-informative msgs.

No.  Good guesses, but everything we can affect on the SF end looks good.
Just a few *hours* ago, I enabled another new SF feature:  email should be
sent to patches@python.org for *every* change to patch status now.  Doesn't
appear to be happening, though.
