is that really a valid module name?

shouldn't DOS users be able to use the standard rfc822
module?  why are they different?  (not sure, but the
one in the dos-8x3 directory looks newer).

(btw, why is there a Lib/dos-8x3 and a Lib/dos_8x3
directory in the repository?)
