It this is gonna be a standalone library module, and from what I've seen in this thread, I think that "browser.py" is too generic as a term. The module addresses web browsers (not text browsers, info browsers, file browsers...), so it would be nice to clarify this distinction unless the module is intended to supports any kind of browsers.
