[Python-Dev] Bogus lock in Modules directory

  There's a bogus read lock in dist/src/Modules from last night; I've
confirmed that it's bogus with Skip (whose lock it is), and filed a
support request with SourceForge (#103231) to have it removed.  I'll
let everyone know when this is cleared.
  You should still be able to pick up updates without problems, but
you can't check anything in in the Modules/ directory until this is
cleared (because CVS won't let you).
