I actually emailed one of the guys about an apparent contradiction between his howto and another one and he basically said: "Hey, this is what works for me!" (in his defence, he did justify his interpration based on guesses about what the ssh for Windows porters were thinking) I also found that sfsetup program useless. Worse than useless. I have no idea what it did to my system. Argh. I eventually got it working. I'd love to tell you what I did but I just hacked and hacked until it worked. One time I got those messages that ESR did but who knows what made them go away. I'm not using ssh keys.
