Yup.

    FL> "final" is okay, I think.  better than "f0", at least ;-)

And I think (but am not 100% positive) that once a final release comes
out, Guido stops incrementing the PY_RELEASE_SERIAL's and instead
starts incrementing PY_MICRO_VERSION.  If that's not the case, then
it complicates things a bit.
