I've made a prerelease of the Windows installer available through the
python.org/1.6 webpage (the link is in the paragraph *below* the a1
downloads).  This is mostly to give Mark Hammond an opportunity to
prepare win32all build 131, to deal with the changed location of the
python16.dll file.  Hey, it's still alpha software!
