You shouldn't be; the FSF certainly requires a signed copyright assignment from contributors. I had to sign one for a bunch of patches I made to oleo many years ago. It was a minor nuissance, but that's all. (The *sad* part is that there hasn't been a new release of oleo that could have included the patches for five years! ;) Just noticed that there is a release at ftp.gnu.org now; I'll have to take a look! -Fred -- Fred L.
