[llvm-dev] Instability on PPC build bots

I just wanted to let the community know that we are in the process of
transitioning some of our PowerPC build bots to different hardware and the
process is not without kinks. We are working out all the issues but I would
like to apologize to developers for the noise caused by some false failure
notifications.

We appreciate your patience and are hoping to have all of these bots
working on new, better, faster hardware very soon.
