This isnât a solution, but you can work around this by running âgit pushâ directly. See https://llvm.org/docs/GettingStarted.html#for-developers-to-commit-changes-from-git for details (and Iâd recommend setting up the pre-push hook as well, as described in the section below it).

Subject: [llvm-dev] Difficulties with arc land

Hello llvm-dev,

I am running into an issue when trying to land accepted patches upstream.  Last week I was able to do this without any problems, and Iâm pretty sure I still have commit access but I donât know how to verify that.  The error message is below.  Have any of you seen something like this before or do you have any suggestions for how to fix the problem?  Thank you for your time.
