chore: adjust "cut" (a.k.a. "truncate") separator The symbol `…` is easy to overlook. It is worth emphasizing that part of the plan was cut. Additionally: - the word `truncate` was replaced by `cut` both in UI and code, since "truncate" means "shorten (something) by cutting off the top or the end"; - wording improved. ## Example  See merge request !31
