Regarding the domain name: we don't necessarily use the ISO code, it's a bit up to the translator's preference here (e.g. Simplified Chinese docs use cn.vuejs.org but Japanese v3 docs is ja.vuejs.org).
Do you prefer ua.vuejs.org?
