1. safari 10.0.1 或者 iOS 10.3的UIWebView ( 目前测试发现Chrome中是正常的)
2. 浏览器打开网页
3. 使用中文输入法在第一个输入框输入内容, 但是保持拼音状态不要把文字输入进去
4. 用鼠标点击第二个输入框
5. 点击按钮

第一个输入框应该显示foo

第一个输入框里的内容没有变化

在网页上这么操作的可能性非常小, 但是如果在手机端的网页里, 一旦进入输入状态, 键盘上方会有一个toolbar, 点击toolbar上的左右箭头, 一样会触发这个bug
