The existing util function VerifyAttachedStatus is not working properly. This issue has not been exposed until we recently re-enabled it in PR #1487. The issue here is: vDVS Admin CLI always expect a short volume name as input for "vmdkops_admin volume ls" command. However, Docker CLI need a full volume name as input for "docker volume inspect" command, if the volume is not created in the "DEFAULT" datastore on which the VM resides.
