Errors when trying to restore

Hi,

We can't restore or transfer content on Umbraco Cloud at the moment. This happens even if we want to transfer one item.

After the restore or transfer has been in progress for a while we get the following error :

Umbraco.Deploy.Infrastructure.Exceptions.RemoteApiException: The remote API did not return application/json content.
   at Umbraco.Deploy.Infrastructure.Environments.RemoteUmbracoEnvironment.SucceedOrThrow(HttpResponseMessage result, CancellationToken token)
   at Umbraco.Deploy.Infrastructure.Environments.RemoteUmbracoEnvironment.BeginSessionAsync(Guid sessionId, CancellationToken token)
   at Umbraco.Deploy.Infrastructure.Work.WorkItems.DeployRestoreWorkItemBase.GetSessionOn(IUmbracoEnvironment env)
   at Umbraco.Deploy.Infrastructure.Work.WorkItems.TargetPartialRestoreWorkItem.ExecuteAsyncSub(IWorkContext context, List`1 resume, CancellationToken token)

We have these settings for Deploy :

 "Deploy": {
      "Settings": {
        "IgnoreBrokenDependencies": true,
        "DatabaseCommandTimeout": "0.0:59:00",
        "HttpClientTimeout": "0.0:59:00",
        "SessionTimeout": "0.0:59:00",
        "SourceDeployTimeout": "0.0:59:00"
      }
    }

But we are getting the error way before the time out is reached.
