timfel/racing-all-afternoon: Racing game utilizing a pseudo-3D rendering algorithm for race tracks. Parody of Persona 4.

Tweaked to work with GraalPy Standalone

This project runs just fine (and fast!) on GraalPy 23.1. This fork includes some tweaks to build standalone binaries that just work with it.

graalpy -m standalone native -m racing-all-afternoon --venv my-venv-with-pygame -o racing-all-afternoon.exe

Now "racing-all-afternoon.exe" includes everything you need to run this game: on macOS and Linux (Windows coming soon).

Persona 4: Racing All Afternoon

A racing game parody of the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series by Atlus. Features configurable controls and a story mode. In-game graphics for the racetracks use a pseudo-3D rendering algorithm inspired by Out Run.

In 2015, a short review of Persona 4: Racing All Afternoon was featured in an article on Kotaku. (The article in question references a now-defunct download link. New releases will be given above).
