We did a major re-haul to use tree-sitter-teal for parsing teal source code and expanded a lot of the language server capabilities along the way.

• Update to use tree-sitter-teal for partial parsing by @FourierTransformer in #25

• Make installable via LuaRocks by @FourierTransformer in #35
• Bunch of changes/fixes after finally upgrading by @svermeulen in #40
• Specify and pin dependencies by @FourierTransformer in #41
