I tried to resize the following Dolby Video to 1080p
given the DAR the correct heigh size for a 1080p video is
1920*1606/3840 = 803
but 803 is not divisible by 2 so this is the size proposed by StaxRip
given the rounding to mod 2, 804 is not more considered a correct resize and it is reported as a blocking error.
I hope that you agree the 1 pixel is not destroying anything and that StaxRip should allow a more flexible resize in this case.
