Describe the bug
%target_framerate% in output file name has wrong value. Always shows 25.000000.

Expected behavior

How to reproduce the issue

Happens with different files.

1. Project - Options - Paths - Default Target Name - Add %target_framerate%.
2. Open any video file. %target_framerate% shows 25.000000.
3. 'AviSynth' being used.
