Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever I try to use FFMPEG >> MP4 with HEVC/H264 and FLAC audio, the resulting video is buggy and glitchy.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow FLAC to be used in the MP4 container (thru mp4box)
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried using MP4 thru FFMPEG but i've had stuttery videos come out of it. every time this happens I always get a warning about "frame mismatch".
here's what happens when played back on Discord. (first video is FFMPEG, second is MP4Box)

Explain why the feature matters to you
MP4Box muxes together Opus and MP4 perfectly and the resulting video isn't broken. I'd love to use FLAC in the MP4 container since it's just convenient and useful to me (providing lossless audio with compressed visuals when sharing music.)
Additional context
I'll attach two video, one using MP4Box (Opus + HEVC) and then one using FFMPEG (FLAC + HEVC)
